To be eligible for the Rule108 Demonstration Program, your company must comply with the following:
Invite a minimum of 25 employees (and provide them with some type of incentive) to participate in a company health event – which involves:
- Fill out the online health questionnaire (10 -20 minutes)
- Receive a 10-15 minute health assessment
- Speak with our trained health representatives 1 on 1
- Attend a 20 minute presentation on the five principles of making nutrition work for you.
- Attend a sample yoga & fitness for the work place exercise session (36 minutes)
The preliminary process, including the health evaluation, takes about 90 to 100 minutes and is usually conducted over one morning depending on the size of the group involved. Participants should not have had any food that morning except water. For this reason, doing the health evaluations in the morning is preferable.
After the preliminary stage, 12-15 participants will be randomly selected to participate in the demonstration. Those not chosen constitute a control group for health and wellbeing comparisons.
During the subsequent eight weeks the chosen group will participate in individually-tailored 36 minute yoga/fitness sessions three times a week. They will also attend two nutrition counseling sessions, as well as two stress management workshops.
Participants will be re-evaluated during the fourth week and the eighth week after which our staff will meet with your management to discuss results.
